About the Role:                                                             

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development professional with 2–5 years of experience in the Cybersecurity and IT Services domain. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence in cybersecurity, cloud, managed IT services, and digital transformation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in cybersecurity and IT services (e.g., VAPT, Security Solutions, Managed IT, Cloud, IT Consulting).
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, outbound efforts, and market intelligence.
  • Understand client needs and pain points to present tailored service offerings and solutions.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to design and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, proposal, negotiation, closure, and post-sale follow-up.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with clients and partners.
  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, client meetings, and conferences.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and sales targets.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience in IT services, cybersecurity, or technology domains.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity services (such as VAPT, SOC, GRC, DLP, Endpoint Security, etc.).
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, managed services, and digital transformation trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about technology sales.
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
