LinkedIn/ Cold Email Outreach Specialist

QuickTeam is looking for a dynamic LinkedIn/Cold Email Outreach Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach strategies that leverage both LinkedIn and cold email campaigns to identify and engage potential clients. You will create personalized messaging aimed at attracting prospects and contribute to our growth objectives by generating quality leads.

Your responsibilities will include researching target audiences, crafting engaging outreach messages, conducting follow-ups, and analyzing the effectiveness of your campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in both LinkedIn and cold email outreach, possess strong written communication skills, and have the ability to adapt strategies based on feedback and data analysis.

Rate: $7/hr

Working hours: EST Hours

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute outreach strategies across LinkedIn and cold email to generate leads.
• Research and identify target audiences to ensure effective outreach.
• Create personalized messaging for both channels to maximize engagement and response rates.
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance results.
• Follow up with prospects who engage with our messages and manage interactions.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to ensure alignment on outreach goals.
• Stay updated on best practices and trends in LinkedIn and email outreach.
• Provide regular reporting on outreach efforts and results.

• Proven experience in LinkedIn marketing and cold email outreach, preferably in a B2B context.
• Strong written communication skills with an emphasis on creating compelling outreach messages.
• Experience with tools for outreach automation and CRM management.
• Proficient in analyzing data to measure campaign effectiveness and refine strategies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also taking initiative independently.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn best practices and email deliverability standards is a plus.
• Availability to work during UK business hours is a MUST.
