To reach our goal we are looking for an experienced Procurement Intern that will help us develop a future proof procurement system from request to delivery.
As a Procurement Intern at Qwello, you will gain hands-on experience in procurement operations, helping to develop efficient sourcing and supply chain processes. You will support automation initiatives, optimize procurement workflows, and collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operations. This internship offers a great opportunity to develop key skills in procurement, supply chain, and process management.
Your Responsibilities 🚀 - Assist in managing the procurement process from request to delivery, including issuing purchase orders and tracking shipments.
- Support the setup of automated procurement workflows within our ERP system to improve efficiency.
- Help maintain and develop relationships with suppliers and partners.
- Contribute to contract management, cost tracking, and procurement reporting.
- Work closely with the finance team to coordinate invoicing and ensure financial accuracy.
- Support the logistics team in tracking and optimizing deliveries across the EU (including the UK).
- Assist in developing reporting metrics and process improvements to enhance procurement operations.
Your Profile ✨- Currently pursuing or fresh graduate of a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
- Interest in procurement, supply chain, and process optimization.
- Eager to learn and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on process management and automation to create efficient, scalable solutions.
- Excellent contract negotiation skills and exceptional communication to manage internal and external stakeholders & suppliers.
- A hands-on, "make-it-happen" attitude that aligns with our mission to drive the shift from combustion to electric mobility.
- Self-organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and a variety of tasks.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Availability for a full time internship - 40 h a week.
