Your Role at Raising Cane’s:
The Restaurant Performance Standards Assessor (RPS) is responsible for performing comprehensive on-site evaluations to help the restaurants maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, customer experience and brand protection. The RPS Assessor is also responsible for effective and professional communication of all aspects of the evaluations to multiple groups across the organization.
The physical work environment includes working in a fast-paced kitchen environment (which requires extended periods of physical exertion, such as walking, standing, lifting and bending) and interacting with customers. It also includes both inside and outside work in varied temperatures, working with and around food products, common allergens, industrial equipment, commercial cleaning products that require the use of personal protective equipment and physical activities necessary to complete the responsibilities of the job.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our restaurants maintain the highest standards in food safety, cleanliness, and customer experience. Your responsibilities will involve conducting on-site evaluations, assessing performance against our detailed standards, and providing feedback on our operational programs. The dynamic nature of the restaurant environment means you’ll be on your feet, interacting with our wonderful customers, and sometimes working outdoors. You’ll also need to be comfortable working with food products and using commercial cleaning equipment. As a vital member of the Restaurant Support Office, your insights will empower operators across the organization, allowing us to continually raise the bar and strive toward our goal of becoming one of the top 10 restaurant companies in the United States.
