Global Project Manager

Your new role

As our new Project Manager your goal will be to ensure planning, smooth and on-brand deliveries while fostering a good working environment for the creative team. As project manager in the team, you will work closely with the global design team in India, with our marketing and communication teams in Demark as well as corporate functions across all Ramboll offices asking for support from the team.  

You have the ability to switch between projects and bring them together with efficient planning. You will take part in raising our standard of project management, ensuring that our creative specialties are utilized and challenged whilst delivering high quality. You will work closely with our Global Design Center in India, internal stakeholders, relevant agencies and suppliers for services such as photography and video.

Your key responsibilities

• Resource allocation, prioritization and timelines for all creative production across different teams and stakeholders.
• Scoping of the work and creative process for global campaigns, projects and events to match the team’s capacity and competences accordingly.
• Support the team throughout the project lifecycle ensuring timely high-quality deliveries in collaboration with the lead designers.
• Responsible for drawing up processes utilising systems available to the organisation. Taking an active part in enabling these processes in the wider team and ensuring they are followed consistently.
• Partnering with other Project Managers internally but especially within the team and towards the GDC (Global Design Center in Chennai) and the Creative Project Manager. 
• Provide de-briefs to stakeholders and the team based on analysis of project objectives, scope, deliverables timelines to harvest the learnings for future improvements.
• Being the gatekeeper for good processes between the external agencies and internal deliveries ensuring we get the needed briefs, files and information for the process to run smoothly upfront.

About you

You know all about creating timelines, charts, and creative production! You feel at home in facilitating a constructive dialog with stakeholders to support the designers to deliver.  

We imagine that you:

• You have hands-on experience from similar role either in a creative agency or an in-house agency set-up working with creative resources with least 6 years’ experience.
• You feel energized by creating structure, plan, improve, and optimize processes and seeing everything fall into place as a consequence of your work and focus.
• You believe that building trust across the project teams in every delivery facilitating clear, effective and positive communication to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations is the way to success.
• You have experience in working in a creative team with creative assets production and campaign management and in particular working with teams located in different times zones.
• It comes naturally to you to bring together people (stakeholders and the team) in constructive problem solving and addressing any concerns if and when they arise during a project.
• Technically you move freely across the 360 Microsoft Office palette, and you feel at home in different project and planning platforms and tools.
• An added plus would be if you have experience from similar B2B companies and/or sector.

Regular travel activity is limited, but the role may involve some travel to oversee productions.
