What we’re looking for: As the Operations intern for Rapsodo, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role focuses on managing customer returns and warranty claims, analyzing performance data, and supporting the refurbishment of sports equipment. Additionally, the intern will assist with order and invoice creation, as well as manage shipping logistics for our St. Louis office and warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal Operations Intern candidate must be able to assist execution in:

• Work with sales and support teams by managing customer returns and warranty claims.
• Review operations performance data and generate reports.
• Test and prepare our returned baseball/softball and golf units for refurbishment.
• Assist with the creation of orders and invoices for the Golf and Diamond Sports Sales teams.
• Support inbound and outbound shipping for St. Louis office and warehouse.

• Excellent people/communication skills
• Detail oriented individual that is able to quickly learn key operational processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Sports industry experience preferred; passion for sports required
