Sales Strategy & Execution Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and refine RealSelf’s sales approach.
  • Own sales enablement efforts, ensuring the team has the right content, training, and messaging to maximize performance.
  • Own audience selection for outreach campaigns, analyze campaign performance, adjust strategies, and report results weekly to key stakeholders.


Team Leadership & Performance Management Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Foster a data-driven, high-performance sales culture.
  • Establish clear KPIs and implement coaching strategies to optimize team success.
  • Ensure seamless adoption of new sales initiatives and technology tools.


Client Relationship Management & Growth Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee key client relationships and provide strategic insights to maximize advertising performance.
  • Work with the team to optimize client campaign success and drive renewals.
  • Develop creative and consultative sales approaches to strengthen client partnerships.


Data-Driven Decision Making Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize performance analytics to guide sales strategies and improve ROI for clients.


Requirements:
  • You are located in New York City.
  • 5+ years of experience in driving revenue, preferably in digital advertising, SaaS, or media sales.
  • 2+ years of leadership or team management experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong ability to analyze data and make informed sales decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in the aesthetics, beauty, or healthcare industry is a plus.

$140,000 - $180,000 a year
*Compensation will be evaluated based on experience.
