We are creating something completely new in every process & project that we start.

As an Alternative Venture Builder intern, you will co-develop and nurture a thriving network of future industry builders in Indonesia. In this pivotal role, you’ll bring together visionary entrepreneurs, foster collaboration, and support their journey of self-discovery and venture creation.

Responsibilities

1. Build and grow Indonesia Reapra community through innovative strategies & organic engagement
2. Plan & execute events, meetings, and activities that will perpetually grow the community
3. Manage social media platforms & create contents to increase visibility, engagement, and awareness of the community
4. Develop partnership with like-minded organizations
5. Co-develop, execute and update new systems to increase founder quality
6. Coordinate with teams across the Reapra organization to align efforts & achieve shared goals

• Proficiency in English (verbal & written)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Have a strong motivation to promote and support a new, non-traditional approach to entrepreneurship
• Able to work autonomously in a flexible, remote setting while managing multiple priorities
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in dynamic and fast-paced environments
• Experience with social media management, community engagement, and partnership strategies
• Experience in creating and growing communities from the ground up, both online and offline will be a strong advantage
