Scope:
As a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) at RecordPoint, you will lead and drive quality from a software engineering mindset. Your role will involve leveraging your expertise in software testing and automation to collaboratively develop new features and enhance existing components of our SaaS product. You will focus on ensuring the quality and reliability of our software by implementing robust testing strategies and frameworks, while also being aware of the UI implications of what we build and how it deploys into the real world, impacting our customers.
You will take the lead on certain initiatives within your scrum team, helping to research, scope, design, and implement new testing approaches. Your experience will be invaluable as you mentor and coach more junior team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Your passion and curiosity will drive us to innovate and elevate our testing practices.
You will be both an individual contributor, developing automated tests and testing tools, and an exemplary teammate, collaborating closely with developers to ensure that quality is integrated throughout the development process.
