Off Premise National Key Account Manager(Vending Machine)

The National Key Account Manager (VM) is an entrepreneurial role in charge of the development, implementation and tracking of Red Bull’s sales strategy for Distributor Management (Vending Machine accounts) and aim to increase sales by maximizing the distribution and portfolio. This role requires a team player who is able to set clear expectations and objectives, who sets aggressive goals and delivers on key initiatives. The National Key Account Manager (VM) needs to be able to devise a medium-term vision, based on thorough understanding of customers, trends and opportunities with attention to detail. The person needs to feel comfortable to take calculated risks, identifying and exploiting opportunities and to achieve business advantages. Sharing best practices with colleagues and customers which enable Red Bull to gain competitor advantage is a matter of course. A creative, analytical and challenging personality, oriented towards actions, who is able to build strong strategic customer relationships and to collaborate within the company cross-functionally and internationally.

EXECUTION OF PROMOTIONAL PROGRAMS

• Manage and achieve defined KPI targets nationally: Sales Volume, P/L management, Distribution, CAP etc.
• Ensure to secure and improve the presence of the Red Bull brand via implementation of Perfect Outlet standards.

ACTIVATION OF THE WORLD OF RED BULL

• Ensure Brand equity for Red Bull brands at vending machine.
• Development of POSMs, suggest and maximize the placement of them.

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

• Develop and execute account plans in VM accounts.
• Relationship building and maintain with customers. (Distributor Head Quarter, Region Branches, Subsidiaries, Operators and the other key people)

VOLUME, FORECAST AND TRADE INVESTMENT DELIVERY

• Planning / executing sales plan based on customer analysis
• Analysis of customer growth rate and profitability
• Sales promotion / effect analysis and execution of best plan

University Degree (business, marketing or similar).

Valid driving license

5+ years’ experience in FMCG sector.

Experience of VM channel is plus.

Japanese- native level, business level English- preferred.

MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) skill.
