About the Role:

Are you ready to take Retail Media to the next level? As a Retail Media Data & Automation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing processes, driving automation, and enhancing efficiency within our Retail Media domain. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop scalable automation solutions and create a data-driven decision-making environment that will boost our business.

You can work remote from Germany but we would like to see you in the office in Cologne once per month.

About Your Tasks:

• Automate and optimize Retail Media processes, identifying new efficiency opportunities.
• Implement new technologies to reduce manual tasks and increase scalability.
• Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
• Utilize automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, AI applications) to design efficient workflows.
• Collaborate closely with international teams (AdTech, AdOps, Sales & Campaign Management) to standardize and improve processes.

About You:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in process optimization & workflow automation (e.g., Power Automate).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to critically assess processes.
• Expertise in Power BI & DAX, including data modeling and structuring.
• Passion for AI tools and automation technologies.
• Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders across different levels.
• SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Experience in Retail Media is advantageous.
