At REDE Consulting, we specialize in ServiceNow-led digital transformation and consulting services. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate and driven Outbound Sales Associate to join our Pune-based team and help us scale globally.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and qualify leads through outbound efforts (calls, emails, LinkedIn).

• Target decision-makers across IT, Compliance, and Digital Transformation teams globally.

• Present REDE’s value proposition clearly and effectively to potential clients.

• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and pipeline progress in CRM.

• Collaborate with marketing and service delivery teams to ensure a seamless sales process.

• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales KPIs.

✅ Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in outbound sales for an IT software or consulting company.

• Strong understanding of SaaS-based services, enterprise solutions, or ServiceNow ecosystem (a plus).

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced sales team.

• Experience with CRM tools and outbound sales automation platforms.

• Must have experience of working with an IT Consulting or Software company
