Job Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule in-home consultation appointments
• Support customers with their questions and concerns
• Provide explanations of our product features and services to customers
• Input customer information into the system

• Willingness to learn and work as a team with initiative

• Skilled in problem-solving
• Friendly and professional attitude
• Preferred: At least one year of sales-based call center experience
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is helpful
