The opportunity:

As a Global Sourcing Assistant, you will thrive in a dynamic environment, supporting the creation process of new styles while developing your expertise. Working closely with the Global Sourcing Specialist, you will ensure a seamless and constant flow of information with our suppliers and our Hong Kong office, contributing to the efficiency and innovation of our sourcing operations.

What you’ll do:

• Maintains and organizes booking plan and roll out
• Tracks and accesses weekly factory production status reports/approvals (WIP)
• Adheres to T&A calendar, responsible for proto
• Follows up on tech-packs and respects key dates
• Understands compliances rules.
• Manages inbound and outbound packages

What Sets You Apart:

• College degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year related experience
• Experience in retail environment is considered an asset
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong communication and analytical skills. 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
