As the Fashion Shoot Production Coordinator, you support of the Creative Art Direction Manager organizing and scheduling all activities pertaining to photoshoots. You are an active participant in creating seasonal photo assets based on the brand direction and calendar. 

• Prepares weekly outfit racks for photo-studio team; 
• Creates and communicates weekly call sheets for models and talent;
• Manages the sample closet and partners with Merchandise Coordinators to ensure all samples are ready;
• Updates weekly photo shoot tracking report.
• Bring in your creative / critical eye.

• College degree in fashion marketing or relevant field of study;
• 2 + years’ experience relevant experience; 
• Knowledge of Microsoft office suite .
