Absence Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Consultant specializing in Absence Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement the Absence Management module to meet client requirements
• Analyze business rules and translate them into system configurations
• Develop custom solutions and integrations using APIs and data feeds

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
• 3+ years of functional experience with Absence Management in WorkForce Software
• Solid understanding of WFS configuration tools and calculation logic
• Experience with SQL, XML, JSON, and REST/SOAP APIs
• WorkForce Software certifications in Absence Management are preferred
