Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and operational leadership for enterprise-wide access-related projects and initiatives
• Manage a team of project managers and ensure timely execution of initiatives
• Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders while monitoring project budgets and resource allocations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of operational experience in healthcare settings
• At least 2 years of experience managing projects within a healthcare or business environment
• Minimum of 2 years of direct people management experience in a corporate setting
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience
• Master's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is preferred
