Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for dealerships, understanding their business needs to drive growth
- Maintain communication across departments to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and issue resolution
- Document customer interactions in CRM and track performance against sales targets
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of related sales and/or account management experience
- Strong understanding of online technologies and proficiency in Google Suite
- Proven track record of proactive problem-solving and ownership of issues
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
