A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager, Publisher Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and communicate performance changes effectively
• Monitor performance trends and prepare goal-driven Business Reviews for clients
• Serve as the primary external contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service and timely onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of digital account management experience
• Strong understanding of digital media aspects, including ad monetization and SEO
• Prior client-facing experience is essential
• BA/BS degree required
• Ad operations knowledge is a plus
