A company is looking for an Account Resolution Specialist III HB.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee claim submission and payment processes, correcting errors and denials
• Resolve escalated claims and mentor junior staff to enhance their skills
• Research and analyze claim errors, ensuring compliance with payer guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Revenue Cycle Management or related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience with health insurance claims and follow-up
• Experience with MedHOST is required; Artiva preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms
• Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT/HCPCS codes
