Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accountant to assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining financial transactions and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle accounting and payroll entry
• Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable, including collections and bank reconciliations
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and sales tax filings to ensure timely and accurate reporting

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an accounting role
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets and/or Excel
• Experience with consolidated accounting and reporting among multiple entities
• Post-secondary degree/diploma in accounting and/or business
• Experience with US payroll, including federal, state, and local filings
