Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accountant to manage and oversee financial transactions related to vendor payments, customer invoicing, payroll, and the monthly financial statement close process.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage vendor invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Generate customer invoices and monitor payments, resolving any discrepancies
• Assist in month-end financial statement close procedures and ensure compliance with GAAP

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in accounting
• Strong understanding of accrual accounting
• Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems)
• Experience in a SaaS, technology, or startup environment is a plus
