Accounting Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Analyst responsible for financial, administrative, and clerical support related to payment processing and transaction recording.

Key Responsibilities

• Post customer payments and record cash, checks, and electronic transactions in accounting software
• Work with Account Managers to identify and resolve payment discrepancies
• Reconcile agency commission revenue and perform monthly bank reconciliations

Required Qualifications

• Experience in financial transaction processing and accounting
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Able to work independently and demonstrate professionalism
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• High degree of accuracy in financial record-keeping
