Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee core accounting operations and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and fixed assets
• Manage and mentor a team of accountants, fostering accountability and professional growth
• Own and manage the company's accounting system, including configuration, optimization, reporting, and integrations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 5 or more years of progressive accounting experience, including 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Demonstrated experience leading process improvements and driving accounting automation
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; NetSuite experience is a plus
