Accounting Services Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outsourced Accounting & Advisory Services Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple outsourced accounting projects and maintain client relationships
• Supervise staff, provide training, and ensure quality of work and adherence to engagement budgets
• Evaluate internal controls, prepare engagement letters, and assist with client billing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting or private industry, preferably with nonprofit organizations
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Sage Intacct; experience with cloud-based applications preferred
• CPA license is desirable but not required
• Ability to organize projects, set priorities, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
