Accounting Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Success Manager to lead their accounting success team and ensure exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage the Accounting Success team
• Act as Level III Accounting Support to troubleshoot reports and data integrity issues
• Work directly with clients to address accounting and software support inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Business or Accounting college degree, or a minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting or full-charge bookkeeping
• Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience
• A natural project and task manager for planning and driving team and client projects
• Strong technical aptitude and skills
• Ability to work within the coverage requirements of the Support team, including on-call rotation
