Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the full-cycle accounts payable process.

Key Responsibilities

• Support accounts payable activities for Alaska-based operations, ensuring compliance with internal controls
• Process vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and credit card transactions, and reconcile monthly vendor statements
• Assist with month-end close activities and support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• At least 5+ years of relevant accounts payable experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment
• Proficiency in Deltek Costpoint is required
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background and credit check
• Must be available to work 8am-5pm AK time
