Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor, responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable team and managing billing and collections processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of billing and cash posting payments
• Manage daily operations of the accounts receivable staff, including training and monitoring activities
• Monitor AR aging and assist with collection efforts while preparing ad hoc reports as needed

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree in business or accounting
• 2 years of applicable experience in billing and collections
• 2+ years of experience in a managerial position
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of accounts receivable and general ledger accounting
