A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support a design department in a remote, contract-to-permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain project documentation, including meeting notes and action items
- Assist project managers with scheduling, tracking deadlines, and document version control
- Manage project-specific SharePoint sites and coordinate stakeholder communications
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a detail-oriented office or consulting environment
- Familiarity with construction administration, technical, or engineering contexts is desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage schedules, appointments, and deadlines effectively
- Familiarity with SharePoint and basic Revit functions is a plus
