Key Responsibilities

• Manage agency onboarding and training processes
• Set and track mutual growth and quality goals with agency partners
• Engage with agency partners through scheduled check-ins and calls

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of Property & Casualty insurance carrier experience
• Strong background in sales
• Passion for helping partner agencies
• Proficiency with Microsoft and Google products, and experience with a CRM
• Ability to quickly gather insurance product knowledge
