Agile Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agile Coach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Agile mindset and promote Agile practices through collaboration with teams and stakeholders
• Develop and refine coaching plans and metrics to track Agile knowledge and application
• Provide education and hands-on assistance for teams transitioning from waterfall to Scrum and from Scrum to SAFe

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification
• SAFe Certified Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification
• At least 2 years of experience teaching SAFe classes
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, RTE, and in coaching/consulting roles
