• Proven experience in large-scale agile transformations and enterprise-level agile delivery
• Strong track record of leading teams through OKR-driven frameworks
• Deep knowledge of SaaS delivery models and managing offshore/onshore engineering teams
• Expert in Scrum, Lean, XP, and agile scaling frameworks
