Agile Product Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agile Product Coach.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead coaching and planning of multiple high-performing Agile development teams and large-scale programs
• Provide hands-on coaching to senior leadership and Agile teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Mentor cross-functional business groups to strengthen Agile values and practices across the organization

Required Qualifications

• SAFe SPC certification required; additional agile and project management certifications preferred
• 10+ years of experience leading Agile initiatives and training sessions
• Experience with Agile Release Trains and product management principles
• Extensive knowledge of agile tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
