Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for AI integration across healthcare provider solutions
• Advocate for responsible AI adoption throughout the software development lifecycle
• Bridge the gap between clinical experts and technical teams to identify valuable AI use cases

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of relevant experience in healthcare software development or product management
• 5+ years of experience with modern AI technologies including machine learning and predictive analytics
• Knowledge of healthcare data structures and regulations such as HIPAA and HITECH
• Experience implementing AI solutions in regulated environments, particularly healthcare
