Airbnb Property Management, Customer Service + Operations, Bookeeping – Contract to Hire

Looking to to hire TWO PART TIME Operations team members with possibility to transition full time

830am EST to 430PM EST. Must have dual monitor, laptop, and fast internet.

We are Looking to Fill Fri, Sat, Sun time frames, and 1 other weekday.

Training will be 830AM to 430PM EST (will need 7 days training in this time period)

Weekly Meetings Friday at 11AM EST (every week)

The job is for Operations – running a smooth guest experience! Handle all reservation check-ins, cleaning schedules and cleaner communication/pay, guest damage claims, restocking orders, guest communication, pool/pet fee requests and instructions, lease agreement writing, refunds, repair scheduling for vacation rental homes. Very fast paced, growth oriented job, that requires full attention, detail orientation, and a joy of working in a fast paced environment and a love to improve, simplify and grow! Looking for long-term placement with room to grow and manage more things or grow in new directions of your choice. We have a good team, good partners and great vendors to work with and are a small team.

Must have reliable internet consistently!. Must be able to make USA phone calls, and use w-app. You are expected to be available from (check above) and be easily reachable during work hours. Working multiple jobs at one time will not work.

Schedule and Training: This is a full time job with a lot of growth opportunity. The first two weeks are training 6-8 hours a day about 3-4 days a week for $3/hr. After that, pay will increase to $4-6/hr. The job is fast paced and we will be available for questions at all times to help you get settled and comfortable with the job, we expect it to take about 2 weeks to be comfortable working on your own, but up to 1 month for full proficiency.
