Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Development Manager/Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee technical aspects of projects, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability
• Lead and mentor the software development team, conducting code reviews and ensuring timely delivery
• Manage the Agile development process, including sprint planning and stakeholder alignment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of cloud experience with digital technologies
• 7+ years of experience in data engineering functions and direct customer interaction
• 5+ years of experience with technologies such as Postgres, Oracle, Python, and SQL
• 3+ years of experience managing software project delivery and leading development teams
