Job Summary

A company is looking for an L1 Application Help Desk Analyst to provide customer support for medical record processing products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for customers via phone, email, or ticket portal
  • Provide technical support for hosted applications, servers, and network resources
  • Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to higher-level teams as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in computer application technical support preferred
  • Strong knowledge of network troubleshooting and connection issues
  • Basic experience with IIS, Apache Tomcat, PowerShell, and SQL queries
  • Experience with Jira is a plus
