A company is looking for an Application Support Operations Analyst responsible for optimizing business operations and supporting internal customers through data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze patterns in complex datasets to improve operational efficiency and inform decision-making
• Develop data collection methods and ensure data quality by reviewing reports and performance indicators
• Monitor customer pain points and advocate for improved customer experience and support processes

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Operations Analyst or Business Data Analyst
• Hands-on experience with APIs and proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau, and CRM systems like Salesforce
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in Loans or FinTech is preferred
• Technical background with an understanding of business strategy and needs
