Application Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Specialist to ensure the uninterrupted operation of critical software systems in the airline industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve production incidents to minimize downtime and impact on operations
  • Investigate, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical issues reported by airline staff or end-users

Required Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of XML/Python, APIs, CI/CD, GIT, and SQL
