Job Summary
A company is looking for an Application Support Specialist to provide technical support for various applications and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and troubleshoot support requests from users, resolving application issues via phone, chat, and ticket submissions
- Collaborate with developers and IT teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Document incidents and resolutions in the support knowledge base, ensuring compliance with support procedures
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in end-user computing and application support
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, MacOS, and Office 365
- B.S. in Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a certificate from an accredited technical school is preferred
- 2-3 years of customer service/support experience
- HDI Certified Support Analyst (SCA) is preferred
