• Manage retailer organization to achieve sales, share, and trade efficiency for assigned categories
• Lead customer business planning and drive category strategies using consumer insights
• Proactively manage Trade Funds within established guidelines

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
• Ability to lead and influence teams
• Experience in leveraging customer teams and cross-functional resources
• Strong collaborative skills
• BS/BA degree
