Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicare Sales Agent in Tempe, AZ.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from prospective members and assist in converting them to qualified leads and sales
• Follow up with members regarding questions or to review current or new products and services
• Assist in the completion of enrollment over the phone while meeting product requirements and enrollment guidelines

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• No prior insurance license required; training and support for obtaining state insurance licenses will be provided
• Participation in UHC Portfolio Agent New Hire training classes is mandatory
• Must meet and maintain requirements for agent licensure and annual product certification
• Full-time availability with flexibility based on business seasonality is desired
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems while engaging with members is necessary
