Key Responsibilities

• Guide creative projects from concept to execution, collaborating with various teams
• Plan, scope, and manage creative projects while optimizing workflows and timelines
• Lead and mentor the creative team, fostering partnerships with marketing and growth stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• BFA in graphic design, advertising, or a related field
• 10+ years of advertising experience, including 5 years in B2B and 2 years in people management
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-building ideas across multiple media formats
• Experience with the marketing funnel and audience engagement strategies
• Production experience with the ability to manage diverse production types
