Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Project Manager to provide advanced administrative support to senior project management team members managing corporate office and retail bank construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Project Management team in managing all facets of project management for commercial real estate projects
• Implement project documentation governance and ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Track project progress against goals and budgets, reporting status and variances

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products; working knowledge of MS Project is beneficial
• Previous experience in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) preferred
• Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems
• Strong interpersonal skills with an inquisitive mentality
