Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities

• Organizes sprint planning sessions, breaks down tasks, tracks progress, and ensures each sprint delivers tangible results critical for MVP 1 & MVP releases
• Identifies and addresses obstacles, ensuring the team remains focused and avoids delays
• Ensures the team adheres to agile principles, manages work efficiently, and meets deadlines effectively

Required Qualifications

• 6-10 years of UX or related experience is preferred
• Experience in organizing and facilitating agile ceremonies
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and frameworks
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in project management tools
