Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an escalation point for complex claims and maintain relationships with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Accident & Health Medical Stop Loss claims
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Experience with high-risk Specific Excess Claims and Aggregate Accommodation requests
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Connexure/ESL system
  • Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
