AWS Cloud Computing Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AWS Cloud Computing Associate to provide Tier 2 IT System and Service Desk support for the Department of Homeland Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance, IT operations, and storage utilization
• Develop, document, and communicate cloud processes and best practices
• Identify, track, and resolve system issues while maintaining customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 5 years of experience
• U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a government agency clearance
• 1+ years of Linux system administration experience, preferably with Red Hat Enterprise Linux
• Experience in AWS Gov Cloud
• Working knowledge of AWS applications such as CloudWatch, CloudFormation, and Lambda
