Job Summary

A company is looking for an AWS Connect - Lex / Chat Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, development, and delivery of IVR solutions
• Develop efficient and high-performance call flows and create unit tests
• Collaborate within an Agile framework and ensure code follows DevOps practices

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Amazon Connect development
• Proficiency in AWS Connect, LEX, Node.js, DynamoDB, and basic knowledge of TypeScript and React
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in self-service call flows and complex systems/database integrations
