Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Account Manager I to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing business customer accounts, selling mobility services, and providing exceptional customer support. You’ll play a key role in growing our business by identifying customer needs, recommending solutions, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial sale to ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Account Management:
• Engage with business customers to understand their wireless needs and recommend tailored mobility solutions from AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and customer retention goals.

Customer Service & Support:
• Act as the primary point of contact for business clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide expert guidance on service plans, devices, and cost-saving solutions.

Billing Analysis & Order Processing:
• Analyze customer billing to identify optimization opportunities and cost-saving measures.
• Process new service activations, plan changes, and hardware orders efficiently and accurately.
• Work with carriers and the Outside Sales Team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

-Experience in sales, account management, or customer service, preferably in the telecommunications or mobility industry.
-Knowledge of AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile business solutions is a plus.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
-Ability to analyze billing statements and recommend cost-effective solutions.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
-Proficiency with CRM software and order processing systems is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
