We offer $500.00 for coursework completion in exchange for your commitment of 10 hours a week to complete the course in a maximum of 4 weeks. We have candidates that complete the course in as little as 2 weeks! The sooner you complete it, the sooner you will secure a position at Step Ahead ABA and receive your incentive pay! You will also get a $100.00 bonus upon successfully receiving your RBT Certificate!

How will you be able to make a difference in this role:
• Providing 1:1 ABA therapy children on the spectrum in their homes and in schools.
• Implementing behavior plans and carrying out treatment plans
• Providing social and communication skills
• Collect data to monitor life changing progress
• Collaborate with a team of like minded coworkers to obtain the best outcomes for the families we work with

Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

This is a part time position, it may take time to confirm your desired caseload, and there is no guarantee for full-time hours. Location of each candidate can vary anywhere from 30 mins to an hour from any major city. Please be sure to let us know your desired drive time during your interview.
